The NLL named
Gerald Green the Sixth Man of the 2013-14 season today.
Green, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, finished with 17 first place votes, with a total of 91 points.
Green finished the season for the Lakers with 20 points per game, shooting 47% from the
field and 40% from beyond the arc. He also had 3.2 rebounds per game and 1.2 assists per
game. He played in 64 games for the Lakers, starting four of those.
The Lakers acquired Green in a major trade
with the Brooklyn Nets at the
beginning of the season. He is currently waiting for the second round of the playoffs to begin against the San Antonio Spurs.
Louis Williams of the Charlotte Bobcats finished in second place (1 first place votes, 45 points) and Tim Duncan of the Dallas Mavericks came in third place (3 first place
