NLL Insider - Kevin Durant Wins MVP

The NLL named Kevin Durant the Most Valuable Player of the 2013-14 season today. Durant, who plays for the Toronto Raptors, finished with 14 first place votes, with a total of 97 points.

Durant finished the season for the Raptors with 38.4 points per game, shooting an astounding 58% from the field. He also had 8 rebounds per game and 2.3  assists per game. He played in 78 games for the Raptors, starting in all of those.

Durant finished first in the league in points per game, field goals made and field goal attempts. He also finished third in blocks per game.

The Raptors drafted Carter-Williams 2nd overall in the 2007 draft.

Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers finished in second place (11 first place votes, 76 points) and Carmelo Anthony of the Dallas Mavericks came in third place (0 first place votes, 19 points). See the full tally below:
