The votes are in and final, and here we announce the NLL MVP!
Kevin Durant is the NLL MVP for the 2nd time in his career
after beating out John Wall on preference votes in a tightly contested MVP
vote! Both John Wall and James Harden were a little unlucky it has to be said
as they clearly made their teams the high placed playoff teams they are, but KD
and the Celtics were amongst the elite.
Here’s
the final voting:

KD is
the undeniable leader of the Celtics as they collapsed last season when he was
forced to miss a large chunk of the season. He missed the 1st week
this year too, and the Celts got off to a 0-5 start because of it! Which means,
if a .756 record of 62-20 wasn’t already great, they actually went 62-16 with
KD in the team, or a record of .794. He simply makes a good team become amongst
the elite of the league!
Kevin
averaged 26.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.2 blocks
playing both SG and SF while shooting it 51% from the field, 98% from the line
and turning it over only 2.2 times a game despite having the rock so often. He’s
a massive threat on both sides of the floor and he’s trying to bring championship
glory to Boston as we speak!
He’s
had an outstanding season, and it’s not done yet as the Celts just fell to 1-2
in the Finals. Bring it home for the Celts KD!
Congratulations Kevin
Durant, NLL’s 2015/16 MVP!
