May, 20 (Week 12) - Injuries are hurting everyone right now and it's hard to give a good prediction on who will win with everything going on. [Shams]

It is crazy how this team has not slowed down after winning the championship last year. KAT and Mitchell were both traded, but ever since Giannis moved to the 5 they have been unstoppable. The Bucks Big 3 will be hard to stop, will the Gilgeous-Alexander injury keep them from going back-to-back.

The Clippers have had a great year so far, but have had trouble hanging onto management recently. The team also has two of their top players out for the season and Oladipo possibly out next season. The team could make a run in the playoffs still, but it will be hard with the injuries.

The 76ers could very well be the favorites for the championship. With the experience that they have and the amount of depth. This team does not have a weakness, the injury to Zion Williamson really hurts them, but the amount of depth will certainly help them there.

The Hornets have lost Jamal Murray for the season, but this team is still very dangerous without him. Charlotte has 6 players ranked in the NLLs top 100. This team will look to make some noise come playoff time if everyone else stays healthy.

Luka is ranked 1 in the NLL, he has been amazing and has two great partners in McCollum and Hayward. The only problem has been getting all 3 healthy at the same time. The role players have been great too, Ibaka, Covington, and rookie Jalen Smith have been great sidekicks.

The Rockets recently made a trade to help their depth getting Jerami Grant and Marcus Morris while shipping away Tobias Harris. Jokic needs to be more involved in their offense to see the best success for the team, he is only averaging 4.1 apg. The team is going in the right direction with the new front office though.

Most of the Suns' roster is now healthy and Lowry, Durant, and Butler are all healthy which has not happened much. This is a great team that can compete when healthy. Now that they are healthy it's possible for them to win. The future looks good too having great young players in Markkanen, Trent, Hampton, and Clarke.

Demar Derozan has been an All-NBA type player this year and Chris Paul has been great alongside him. Bagley has been great when playing, but has dealt with injuries all season. Having young players like Bagley and Carter let this team have a chance to win now or rebuild.

The future of the Pistons looks bright. Ja has been great, and with the addition of Tobias and Vucevic this team could make some noise sooner rather than later. There is some youth too with Poku and two current lottery teams picks for next years draft. Retaining Holmes will be a priority for this team, but either way they are looking good.

Bringing Kyrie in has brought success to Washington putting them in the playoffs. The role players have really improved, Cauley-Stein and Williams have been great big men. Kyrie and Simmons are both top 30 players and Kyrie is one of the nominees for MVP.

The Trail Blazers are having a rough week so far and only have 8 players healthy. They are missing a lot of their top players as of now. This year will likely be hard for the Trail Blazers to make a splash, but with Haliburton, Wiggins, and Ayton this team could be great.

Boston has played great as of late, but Valanciunas is injured now. This is awful for them since they are already low on depth at the big man position. The Celtics are just out of the playoffs so he is missing a very valuable time of the season. Hopefully he is able to come back to help them finish the season.

Brooklyn has had to make moves to get below the cap and it has cost them some of the quality. The talent of this team is crazy, but injuries have not been in their favor. With De'aaron Fox having his contract extension kicking in next season, it will be interesting to see where this team goes.

OKC have been going through a rough patch lately. Lebron and Kawhi were both hurt at the same time which led to a rough week. Kawhi is back now and Lebron should be too, as long as the team is good to go once playoffs start they are dangerous having two of the top players in the league.

The Spurs have fought through some tough times with AD out for a bit and fearing Lamelo is out for the season. Lamelo is back and AD will be soon, so they could very well make a run in the playoffs. The emergence of Lamelo Ball will keep this team competing for years.

New York has a great starting lineup when healthy with the recent trade for Russell. Olynyk could be a great get, and Drummond is now back. The bench is very good also, having Bazemore, Neto, and Bol Bol. Keeping Drummond and Olynyk in free agency will be their biggest priorities this offseason, but the team definitely has a chance to make the playoffs.

The Heat went 4-0 in Week 12 after getting Jarrett Allen back. The team is a lot different when he is on the court. New Orleans could be a great team next year, Wall and Thompson are currently injured, as well as Robinson and Chriss. The Lakers have had some bad luck with injuries to Wiseman and Wood. The team has a bright future, with the current team they have, but do not own their 2022 1st round pick. Garland will look to keep growing and if the team can get healthy they should definitely have a shot at the playoffs.

This season is a big one for the Kings, not because of anything in season, but this draft will be huge for them. They have their own pick and will likely get the cornerstone of their franchise. The losing will pay off because the lowest they can fall is 5th. This draft there is a Top 5 everybody has so it is looking good for them.
