Week 7 Injury Watch

TEAM INJURIES
Atlanta Hawks T.J. Warren (Foot), Spencer Dinwiddie (Knee), Gary Harris (Thigh), Danuel House (Knee)

Danuel House is added to the report this week and he'll be missed, as he was eating big minutes and shooting pretty efficiently even if he wasn't getting many shots.
Brooklyn Nets Caris LeVert (Kidney), Jahlil Okafor (Knee), Glenn Robinson III (Waived in NBA), Markus Howard (Illness), Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (Knee)

It may look like the Nets need some TLC with 2 new guys on the watch this week, but TLC is a depth piece and Howard is a 2-way guy. They still retain all their premier players and have enough depth that they should be fine.
Boston Celtics George Hill (Thumb), Patrick Patterson (Personal), Paul George (Head), Taj Gibson (Ankle), James Ennis (Calf)

It's going to be a rough week in Bostonland. Paul George misses more time, and free agent addition Taj Gibson was doing well enough at the starting 4 for them. They'll rely on Russ once again to carry them through the week. Maybe Valanciunas can pick up some slack too.
Charlotte Hornets Harry Giles (Calf), Frank Jackson (Illness), David Nwaba (Wrist)

Kristaps and Jrue Holiday are most welcome sights for the Hornets as they try to keep pace in the top of the east, just in time for a showdown with Brooklyn. The new injuries to Jackson and Nwaba are non-factors.
Chicago Bulls DAngelo Russell (Leg), Devon Dotson (Knee)

The Bulls get Big "When will someone trade for me" Al Horford back, and are almost completely healthy! All that's missing is their best player, though the Bulls probably won't mind as they're selling anyway and eying the top of that draft this year.
Cleveland Cavaliers Jay Scrubb (Foot), Kris Dunn (Ankle), Zach Collins (Ankle), Jaren Jackson Jnr (Knee), Aaron Gordon (Ankle)

No changes for Cleveland this week, who have unfortunately started feeling the effects of these injuries and are on a L6 right now.
Dallas Mavericks Otto Porter (Back), Chimezie Metu (Wrist)

Caleb Martin returns for the Mavs but that's not really a big deal. Mavs are otherwise pretty healthy.
Denver Nuggets Jonathan Isaac (Knee), Udoka Azubuike (Ankle), Paul Millsap (Knee)

No changes for Nugfest.
Detroit Pistons Klay Thompson (Knee), Cole Anthony (Shoulder), Marcus Morris (Concussion), Jerami Grant (Quad)

2 huge additions to the watch this week, the Pistons lose their 3rd and 4th leading scorers. Who will they turn to to fill that gap? They're already trying to work pieces around to fill the void Ayton left, so it could be a very rough week for them.
Golden State Warriors JaMychal Green (Shoulder), Edrice Adebayo (Knee), Grant Riller (Ankle)

BAM! He's out, and that's gonna be really really BAD for them as he's their best player. They do get Bogdan Bogdan back at least but there's no replacing Edrice.
Houston Rockets Jeff Green (Shoulder), JJ Redick (Heel)

Rockets replace one sharpshooter with another, as Redick is out but they get Tyler Herro back. Maybe he can be a hero for them? Redick's been a bit better for them but it's good to get the youngin some more reps.
Indiana Pacers C.J. McCollum (), Luka Doncic (Back)

Luka earns a break after a 33/23 game, and the Pacers will miss him. Indiana got better beyond just Luka this offseason but without McCollum as well still, there's no doubt they're missing a lot of bite this week.
LA Clippers OG Anunoby (Illness), Rodions Kurucs (Oblique), Clint Capela (Foot), Marc Gasol (Illness)

Last week, and I quote - "No one out! (yay)"
This week - "Thou shalt not taunt the basketball gods"
They'll be fine though, they're really deep and have a rather easy schedule aside from OKC. They'll be a bit small but it should be fine.
LA Lakers Christian Wood (Ankle), Jabari Parker (Illness), Cody Zeller (Hip), Devin Vassell (Illness)

No changes. Christian wood should be back soon and that will be a big boon.
Memphis Grizzlies Marcus Smart (Calf), Grayson Allen (Concussion)

They get back Tillie but add Allen to the injury list for a bit of a downgrade I believe. Come back soon Marcus.
Miami Heat Jordan Nwora (Ankle), Shaquille Harrison (Waived in NBA), Delon Wright (Groin), Kelly Oubre (Wrist), Malik Beasley (suspension)

The Heat are starting to sputter a bit without Wright, and now they'll add Kelly "I hurt my wrist on a dunk" Oubre Jr, and Malik Beasley to the list. Beasley will be out for a few weeks.
Milwaukee Bucks Killian Hayes (Hip), Romeo Langford (Wrist), Jusuf Nurkic (Wrist), Mamadi Diakite (Illness)

Mostly the same, they just add Mamadi Diakite to the list, who's just a 2-way guy. Something tells me the bucks, who have lost 1 game all season, will be just fine.
Minnesota Timberwolves Kevin Love (Calf), Avery Bradley (Illness), Larry Nance Jr. (Wrist), Cam Reddish (Achilles), Devonte Graham (Knee), Malachi Flynn (Illness)

They just keep piling up for Minny, and it ain't pretty.
New Orleans Pelicans Facundo Campazzo (Illness), Eric Gordon (Knee), Luke Kornet (Personal), Alex Caruso (Neck)

The Pelicans get DJ Augustin back and lose a whole host of players ranging from really important (Gordon) to whatever (Campazzo).
New York Knicks Andre Drummond (Personal), Quinn Cook (Waived in NBA)

No changes, sadly for NY who is missing Drummond big time.
Oklahoma City Thunder Marquese Chriss (Leg), Hassan Whiteside (Illness), Will Magnay (Leg), Josh Hall (), Draymond Green (Ankle), Lebron James (Ankle)

Ouch. Draymond being out is gonna be a big deal for OKC. Whiteside is still out as well.
Oh, I guess Lebron is kind of important, forgot about him.
Orlando Magic Thomas Bryant (Knee), Blake Griffin (Personal), Tyrese Haliburton (Calf), Derrick White (Illness)

Orlando's probalby 2nd best player goes on the report this week, and they're now down their 4 best players. What a disaster. Will feel nice once Haliburton comes back though, I don't think anyone expected him to be this good and impactful this early.
Philadelphia 76ers Rudy Gay (Illness), Derrick Rose (Illness), Zion Williamson (Toe)

The Sixers should still be fine, but missing 2nd year stud Zion will certainly hurt a bit. D-Rose will also hurt their depth at PG a bit, but not too bad. Could just have Lillard run the 2nd unit with 35 MPG I guess, right?
Phoenix Suns Lauri Markkanen (Shoulder), Kevin Durant (Illness), DeMarcus Cousins (Waived in NBA), R.J. Hampton (Illness), Robert Woodard II (Hamstring)

Phoenix is like Shulk in Smash Bros. He's really feelin it! With KD still out, and a couple of the rookies out as well in addition to Mark and Cousins, PHO continues to feel the injury bug. Save_us.jimmy
Portland Trail Blazers Anzejs Pasecniks (Waived in NBA), DeÁndre Hunter (Knee), Daniel Oturu (Quad), Hamidou Diallo (Groin)

No changes for Portland, who find themselves going on a bit of a run Post-Ayton trade. Let's see if they can keep it up.
San Antonio Spurs Anthony Davis (Calf), Fred VanVleet (Illness), Josh Jackson (Illness)

The Spurs are scuffling without AD, adn now VanVleet joins the ranks. Luckily they have quite good PG reserves so that shouldn't be much of an issue. They do get back IRL Spur and Rising Star Keldon Johnson, perhaps he can help buoy them a bit.
Sacramento Kings Ishmael Smith (Quad), Cameron Johnson (Illness)

In: Trevor Ariza
Out: Cam Johnson
But it doesn't matter, SAC is looking towards the draft.
Toronto Raptors Jordan Bell (Waived in NBA), Mitchell Robinson (Hand), LaMarcus Aldridge (Illness)

SMH LMA. One week after coming back from a hip injury, you get sick? That's not what Toronto needs to make a comeback.
Utah Jazz Markelle Fultz (Knee), Pascal Siakam (Illness)

The Jazz get Justise Winslow back which will be most welcome, as thye're one of the myriad of teams below .500 but hanging in those 6-8 spots in the West.
Washington Wizards Chandler Hutchison (Personal), Evan Fournier (Groin)

The Wiz can't seem to get their starting 5 all together. They get Saric back, but now Fournier, arguably their 3rd best player, is hurt. They also get back Jakarr Sampson which is fine I guess, but they need Fournier as that 3rd wheel to the Benrie Combo.
