Welcoming New Additions!

Help me in welcoming the newest editions to the Utah Jazz franchise, Aaron Gordon and Jaxon Hayes! Recently, GM MichaelVilla86 has been manning the phones every since the end of the regular season, working hard to improve this team to make a run for the playoffs next season. And dividends are starting to payoff. The Jazz have decided to move on from Cedi Osman and Obi toppin in exchange for Gordon. While they will be heavily missed, the opportunity to get Gordon was too good to pass up. Gordon, a 3 time dunk contest runner up, will help fortify the Jazz Frontcourt with Robinson. Gordon comes in with a career average of 10, 5.6 and 1.6, but don’t let those number fool you, Gordon is a high flying machine that can go for double doubles on a nightly basis if given the chance. The next deal we have is with the Portland trailblazers, trading 50gms for young center Jaxon Hayes. Hayes, a former lottery pick, is a young athletic player with the ability to rebound and block shots, and will be a picture perfect backup to Robinson. Hayes comes in with career averages of 5.8, 8.9 and 1.5bpg. Despite only being 21 years old, his rebounding and blocking numbers are good for someone so young. The downside with Hayes is unfortunately, his recent run in with the law, the Jazz GM had this to say. “We believe Hayes can become a critical part to our teams future, we understand that he’s made mistakes in the past and we plan to do everything we can to keep the past the past”. The Jazz aren’t done making moves yet, rumor has it they have a deal to move up the lottery and are also looking for another wing, either way, with our new additions, expect playoff basketball back in Utah.
