LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE!

TEAM INJURIES
Atlanta Hawks Greg Monroe (Calf), Markelle Fultz (Shoulder), DeAndre Bembry (Wrist), Alexis Ajinca (Knee), Justin Patton (Toe)

The new gm for the Hawks will have to start the season without his big man Greg Monroe, but also have to wait to see the debut of the first overall pick in the draft Markelle Fultz. Domantas Sabonis and Jrue Holiday will lead the team into week one.
Brooklyn Nets Jabari Parker (Knee), Cameron Payne (Foot), Eric Bledsoe (Disciplinary), A.J. Hammons (G-League), Larry Nance Jr. (Hand)

The Nets will be missing a couple key guys for week one. Larry Nance Jr broke his thumb and will be out four to six weeks. Eric Bledsoe will also be out for week one, and who knows how long until he will be back on the court. Lucky for the Nets they have Middleton and DeRozan to try to keep the ship afloat.
Boston Celtics Dorian Finney-Smith (Knee), Quincy Acy (Groin)

Boston has a couple of injuries, but none are too important to their lineup. Their rotation will be fine and head into the season with more than enough weapons for the opposing teams.
Charlotte Hornets Elfrid Payton (Hamstring), Ike Anigbogu (Knee), Frank Jackson (Foot), Trevor Booker (Back), Harry Giles (Knees)

Elfrid Payton and Trevor Booker will be out of action for the Hornets. They are key players for this teams rotation, so lucky for them the two are listed as day to day. The Hornets still can put out a very solid staring lineup for opening week.
Chicago Bulls Damien Wilkins (Personal), Joakim Noah (Suspended), Damian Jones (CD), Kevon Looney (CD)

Joakim Noah is out due to a suspension for the Bulls. Daz was savvy enough to sign Dewayne Dedmon during the free agency and it looks like it will have an immediate impact for the Bulls. Wilkens, Jones, and Looney also join Noah on the list.
Cleveland Cavaliers Malcolm Delaney (Ankle), Michael Carter-Williams (Knee), Andrew Bogut (Back), Milos Teodosic (Foot)

The Cavs will start the season with three of their four point guards on the injured reserve. Andrew Harrison is the only true point guard active, but LeBron James will be an option to bring the ball up when Harrison isnt on the floor. Big man Andrew Bogut will also be out for week one.
Dallas Mavericks Dallas is one of three teams to start the season with a 100% healthy roster. No excuses!
Denver Nuggets Troy Williams (G-League), JaMychal Green (Ankle)

Denver will only have two men on the injured reserve for week one. They could really use JaMychal Green off the bench, so he will be missed. Starting lineup looks great, but they might have to go small ball with only three healthy center/power forwards on the roster.
Detroit Pistons Tyler Lydon (G-League)

Detroit basketball will start the season 99% healthy. Lydon has been sent to the G-League, but other than that Laddas will have all options available. Lydon will not be missed.
Golden State Warriors Jon Leuer (Ankle), Nicolas Batum (Elbow), Joffrey Lauvergne (Ankle), Al-Farouq Aminu (Ankle)

The biggest injury here is Batums elbow injury. But from what the doctors are saying he might be back in two or three weeks. The Warriors will also have Leuer, Aminu, and Lauvergne all out due to ankle issues. Is Frank Kaminsky breaking teammates ankles in practice?
Houston Rockets Isaiah Thomas (Hip), Mindaugas Kuzminskas (CD)

Isaiah Thomas' hips dont lie, he will be out of action for a while. Some reports are saying he might be back by January if the Rockets are lucky. Kuzminskas who put up some decent numbers last year is also out.
Indiana Pacers Carrick Felix (Waived in NBA), Sheldon Mac (Achilles), Tony Parker (Quadriceps)

Bad news, Tony Parker is out of action. Good news is that he could be back very soon, much sooner than expected from early reports. With Parker out the Pacers have a couple options to start at point guard, like Langston Galloway!
LA Clippers Tristan Thompson (Calf), Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (Personal)

Big man Tristan Thompson will be out for the Clippers on opening night, and is reported to miss up to a month of action. Clint Capela will step into starting center in Tristans absence. MKG is also out due to person reasons that no one seems to know what for.
LA Lakers Ersan Ilyasova (Knee), Rodney McGruder (Leg), Meyers Leonard (Ankle)

Ilyasova, McGruder, and Leonard are all out for opening week for the Lakers due to leg/ankle issues. Ilyasova will miss possibly one or two weeks. Leonard will miss three to five more weeks. McGruder should be out for at least two more months after having surgery. Maybe Greenmig should lighten up on those running drills for once.
Memphis Grizzlies Dante Exum (Shoulder), Georgios Papagiannis (CD)

Starting point guard Dante Exum will be out indefinitely after having shoulder surgery. Tyus Jones looks to do his best to fill in for Exum. Georgios the Papa of Giannis is also out for the opener. Grizzels have a tough schedule on top of these injuries.
Miami Heat Isaiah Canaan (Waived in NBA), D.J. Augustin (Hamstring)

The Heat will go into the new season without DJ Augustin, who has a hamstring issue. But it looks like he is day to day so he could return next week. Canaan is also out. Breece enters the season with a major test to turn this team around. Good luck!
Milwaukee Bucks Zach LaVine (Knee), Iman Shumpert (Knee), CJ Miles (Illness), Jarrett Allen (Foot)

Badwolf was in search of wings, but nothing ever came out of it. Did he foresee the future? LaVine, Shumpert, and Miles are all out of action for week one. This leaves the Bucks even more desperate for wings. Shumpert and Miles could be back next week. LeVine is still a month or so away from a return. Jarrett Allen also joins the guys on the injured reserve.
Minnesota Timberwolves Glenn Robinson III (Ankle), Wayne Selden Jr. (Quadriceps)

The Timberwolves dont have a huge problem with GR3 and Wayne Selden out for opening week. Minnesota does have big games against the Celtics and Jazz, but im not sure these injuries really impact those games enough.
New Orleans Pelicans Khem Birch (G-League), Chinanu Onuaku (G-League), Miles Plumlee (Quadriceps)

The Pelicans sent two players, Birch and Onuaku, to the G-League. Miles Plumlee is out with a quad injury. Overall these players wont matter much to the roster.
New York Knicks Bobby Portis (Suspended), Ben McLemore (Toe)

The Knicks shouldnt have much of a problem without Portis, and McLemore who will both be on the injured reserve for the first week of action. Portis should be a key rotation guy for the team, but with him out someone like Nene will just step in and fill in pretty nice. McLemore will be sent down to the G-League sunday to play, and hopefully return to the roster next week or the week after.
Oklahoma City Thunder Nikola Mirotic (Face), Juan Hernangomez (Illness)

Mirotic who is no longer in the league's concussion protocol, remains without a firm return timeline. Thats bad news for the Thunder, but not terrible news as the Thunder have a very solid roster still. Hernangomez will be out and wont be missed.
Orlando Magic Lucky Orlando is the second team in the league without any injuries. No Excuses!
Philadelphia 76ers Julyan Stone (Hamstring), Kawhi Leonard (Quadriceps), Isaiah Whitehead (G-League)

Kawhi Leonard, who is the 76ers star player, is still out and no real timeline as to when he will return. This is a tough break for the 76ers. Whitehead was sent to the G-League, and Stone has a hamstring issue. Philly has a tough week to have Leonard injured, as they go up against Boston, Brooklyn, and San Antonio.
Phoenix Suns Davon Reed (Knee), Gordon Hayward (Ankle)

I dont know if you've heard but Hayward had a minor ankle injury or something. He will be out of action for the first week of the season, and probably last week of the season. Davon Reed will also be out and not missed.
Portland Trail Blazers Furkan Korkmaz (G-League), Brandon Knight (Knee), Thomas Bryant (G-League)

Brandon Knight wont be able to suit up for week one opener, but the GM knew this when they traded for him during the offseason. Both Korkmaz and Bryant were sent to the G-League to get some electrolights or something. Portland rolling with Gay, Brown, and Smith, the GM does know we only have one ball to go around right? Who will get the most shot attempts?
San Antonio Spurs Alan Williams (Knee), Mike Conley (Achilles)

Conley was classic in that he decided to miss the game in which he is determined injured or not, then decides to play the next game. Tough break for Leeroy, on the bright side Conleys injury doesnt appear to be serious. Lou Williams looks to be the guy to step up and start the Spurs in the right direction.
Sacramento Kings ... and the Kings are the third team with no injuries. NO EXCUSES!
Toronto Raptors Rajon Rondo (Hernia), Solomon Hill (Hamstring)

Toronto did well in signing Rajon Rondo, but he will have to wait to see him debut in a Raptors jersey. Reports are saying that Rondo could be back for week three. Kris Dunn is likely to start at point guard to open week one. Solomon Hill will also be out due to a hamstring issue.
Utah Jazz Chris Paul (Knee)

While the Jazz only have one injury, its an important injury. Chris Paul could be out until mid to late November. Luckily they have Derrick Rose to start in place of Paul until he returns from injury.
Washington Wizards Seth Curry (Leg), Joe Johnson (Wrist), Kyle Singler (CD), Jeremy Lin (Knee)

The Wizards have pretty good depth at small forward and shooting guard. So when they have Curry and Johnson out we will see how well they cope with these injuries. Jeremy Lin will most likely be on the list for the whole season.
