The NLL lottery for 2016 is in the books, and yet again things didn't go Chicago's way.

Despite sending Jessica Alba again in representation, the Bulls had no luck, with pick 4 slipping back two places to pick 6, and pick 14 going nowhere.

A couple of teams got really lucky, and for them picks 1 and 2 will net two blue chip prospects, who will surely fast track any rebuild.

For the Bulls, plans A, B and C now wont come to fruition. These plans would have seen either Ben Simmons, Brandon Ingram or Klay Thompson combining with Steph Curry and a host of other promising youngsters to get the Bulls heading back in the right direction.

Now Bulls management must go to work and try and identify the best players not named Ben, Brandon or Klay to help this team.

"It was an unlucky night for us, it just means there are no shortcuts during this rebuilding process." Said GM DazMan32 when asked about the results of the lottery. He continued.

"Plan A, B or C would have been real nice, but they didn't happen, now we dust off plans D, E and F"

The Bulls still have a swag of picks in the upcoming draft, they are picks 6,14,16,27 and 47.

They also have a couple of exciting young sophomore's who almost had entire red shirt rookie years in Chris McCullough and Kevon Looney.

And then, there's also Steph Curry, one of the best in the world.

Could one of those backup plans involve trading Steph, a guy that's always had trade offers for him swiftly rebuffed, for a package of youth and picks?

"Since Steph's been here, I have always hung the phone up immediately when other teams have come calling about him. Now i'm not going to be making any calls of my own, but lets just say for the next few months, ill definitely pick up the phone and listen to what the other guy has to say."

This quote is really interesting from GM DazMan32, could he really part with his beloved Curry?

We will find out this off-season, it's probably the most important so far in the Bulls recent history.
