The big man in D.C has shown some things for the doubters, and this week he's doing thinks for Washington that they have been looking for all season.  Averaging 20 and 10 is awesome, and shooting 67% from the field makes it even more impressive.  He's also one of the best defensive big men in the game, helping his team make up for some of he deficiencies at other positions.  With big wins against Philly and Miami, this team may be on the rise. It's hard to average under an assist per game, but Marc is managing to do it.  For a guy with such a sweet passing touch, you'd think he could do more to help his team win.  In their offense, he seems like a 4th option, and many of his shots are off of offense rebounds.  Hard to give a guy an award when his team doesn't even value him that much.

He's close to averaging a triple-double, and gets 2 steals a game also.  He is a one man wrecking crew, and can single-handedly will his team to wins.  He's one of the best players in the league, so he should be in this conversation every week.  This week for Westbrook wasn't his best, he was a net negative for his team, and he averaged 4 turnovers a game.  His free throws were down and his team lost 2 games.  For a guy that should always be in the conversation, this isn't his week to win.

Wow what a week for Paul.  He shot 57% and led his team to a 4-0 record!  This guy does it all for his team including defending the other teams best player.  He can rebound, pass, steal, block, do everything.  He should run away with the award this week for the WestNot a lot of reasons this week that he shouldn't win.  He's a net +10 for his team, which is insane!  Only thing I can come up with not to vote for this guy is that he averaged 4.5 fouls, that's a lot, but man, what a week!

Wes is trying to help his team get out of the basement, but it hasn't worked out so far.  He had a great week this week, but it wasn't enough for the Grizz, going 1-3 this week.  The guy is doing great averaging 28 points and he didn't miss a free throw the entire week, that's pretty impressive.  Maybe not his fault, but Memphis went 1-3 and is last in the West.  No way any player from this team can win POTW.
