Marvin has started pretty well this week at center, so it may not be too bad!!

I'd just like to say that Sjax did pretty good in NBA, when on PF position. It's not his natural, but he did good. Yes, I'm worried how Marvin will go, but it's still better than Evans. And BTW... I'm 25-16 with no depth. ;)

Only time will tell!

Well, that's not a very strong case for "it's all about depth". Obviously if your superstar isnt actually playing then you dont reap the benefits. You win and lose with depending on your superstar(s). That doesn't mean it's all about depth...
If anything, it shows how important top-end is...
As i said, depth is important. Very important. But i believe craig's choice to get the superstar primarily over the depth is a good one. My team is positive evidence of the particular strategy - Get your star (or two :p :p :p), and THEN build around the STAR (or starS :p :p :p :p).

I still disagree. Kobe goes down and you start posting tickers about Nuggets struggling. It's all about depth.

this episode was a good one! :)
i've done a complete flip on my opinion of long radio shows... i think the shows are more enjoyable when the chemistry and jokes are present rather than a rushed, time-conscious show. (plus i got a new job recently and i can listen to it while i work... so it could be 3 hours long and i'd still listen to it all hahaha).
anyway i personally think KG deal was better than advertised on the show, and i think jazz deserve some credit. wilson chandler is a very nice pickup for detroit, BUT this is NBA Live and KG has (and will for years to come) the kind of ratings that make him a top 3 or 5 player in the league. it's true that you need depth but it's truer that if your shot-spreads are filtered through a superstar (or two :p) then you will be a top team. Depth is good but if you haven't got the top-end player (or two :P :P) then the depth has no use. Utah now has their superstar to build depth around, so i'll have to disagree with dave and say it was the right choice by craig.
Feel free to discuss this in the next ep!

Right now I would take healthy Nuggets over healthy Raptors in the finals. I may be a little biased since the Raptors beat me every time (as magritte so kindly noticed) but I still see them as the team to beat in the east.

Have ever even mentioned Dazman on the air?
magritte 02/22 02:12 pm
Dazman - I appreciate you having me in the Conference Finals - I will definitely start being nice to you on the radio.....

East: Bucks vs Cavs, West: Nuggets vs Memphis. Finals: Nuggets vs Cavs.
